Feeling good in your skin is bliss and true comfort. When we keep the societal norms at bay and nurture our true authentic selves without being ashamed we are truly liberated. Remember, we came naked on the earth, right? That connects us to our roots.

Without making this a Taboo subject we can welcome this with our open heart and witness our inner child getting more confident after shading down layers of discomfort.

Seek help from the nutritionist and enjoy moments while making food. While you are eating taste it and gain as much sensual flow you can get. If you are along with your partner, do something romantic with them as well. There are many ways to up your game this way as well.

Body massage: Coconut Oil! If you are with yourself, indulge in a self-care ritual where you apply an ample amount of coconut oil and massage it. Body massage allows the blood to circulate well.
