Who owns what

Every photograph, video, and piece of writing published here was produced by me or published with the permission of the person who made it. Credits name collaborators where there are any.

I do not accept third-party uploads and I do not host content submitted by other people.

Reporting infringement

If you believe material here infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject line COPYRIGHT. Please include all of the following so I can act without going back and forth:

• Identification of the work you own, and the URL or exact description of the material here you are complaining about.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you believe the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you gave is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What I do

I remove or disable access to the material while I look into it, normally within a few days, and I tell you what I did.

If I think the report is mistaken, I will explain why before restoring anything. Repeated bad-faith reports against my own work will be documented and, if needed, answered legally.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake, write to the same address and I will review it. Where the law provides for a formal counter-notice, I will follow that process.

My content elsewhere

The same rules run in the other direction. If you find my photographs or writing republished without permission — on a tube site, a repost account, or a scam profile — tell me and I will act against it.
