Refund Policy

Digital content, delivered immediately

Access to the members area is digital content that is available the moment it is granted. Because access cannot be returned, all support is final once the members area unlocks.

Please read the tier description before you subscribe, and ask me anything first if you are unsure what is included.

When I will refund

• You were charged twice for the same period by mistake.
• You were charged after cancelling, for a period that started after the cancellation took effect.
• You were charged for access you could not use at all, and I could not fix it for you.
• The charge was not authorised by you (contact me and your bank or platform immediately).

When I cannot

• You changed your mind after using the members area.
• You forgot to cancel before the next period began.
• You cannot access the site because of your own device, network, or region.

Platform subscriptions are refunded by the platform

If you subscribe through Patreon, OnlyFans, Fansly, JustForFans, or FansOne, that platform is the merchant. It took the payment, it holds the billing relationship, and its refund rules apply. I cannot issue a refund on a charge I did not process.

You can still write to me, and I will help you work out what happened and who to ask — I just do not control that money.

How to ask

Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with the email address or platform username you used, the date and amount, and what went wrong. I answer personally and normally within a few days.

If the charge appears on your statement under an unfamiliar name, ask me before raising a dispute — it is usually faster to fix it directly.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is fraudulent, contact your bank or the platform as well as me. Please do not use a chargeback to cancel a subscription you simply want to end — cancelling on the platform is free and immediate.
