Some notes beforehand:

  1. It is used to raise the ability of men to withstand the external sexual stimulation given to the sexual organs and to enhance self-control like the ability to prolong the ejaculation time, and thus improve the quality of sex life. It also helps improve blood circulation to the penis and testicle, which not only helps reach and maintain better erection but also promote testosterone production. Please perform this in a calm, peaceful and nonhorny state of mind. 
  2. If the erection happens because of local stimulation during the practice. Turn your full attention to the navel (to be attentive and concentrated), close your eyes and bite your teeth, press your tongue against the palate, contract the anus, and think of yourself as having a stream of energy that starts at the perineum, travels up the coccyx, over the top of the head, and down between the eyes (at the Indo-Artemis point), and hold the position for five minutes , sending it to the middle dantian (the tanzhong point at the midpoint of the line connecting the two nipples) will make the penis flaccid and spread those energy across your body. 
  3. If you have eczema, dermatitis or other discomforts, do not practice for the time being and wait for it to recover before practicing to avoid other problems. At least perform each act/move 20 to 30 times and make sure your genital is fully lubricated. Lubricant can be massage cream or baby oil or herb oil. Before the exercise, putting a hot pack on your little buddy downstairs is essential. Often I do this in the shower or right after I shower. The purpose of doing it is to increase blood flow to the penis and to improve the elasticity of the skin so that it can be gripped better during subsequent exercises.

Tips on home-made hot pack:

  1. Soak a towel in hot water, making sure it is not too hot (it should be bearable to the back of hands), and then take it out and wring it out. One could also use a damp/ wet towel and microwaves it.
  2. Take an old, clean sock and fill it three-quarters full with uncooked rice, corn barley, or oatmeal. Tie or sew it shut and heat it in the microwave for 1–2 minutes. To prevent burns, always test a heating pad on the inside of the arm before applying it to the affected area.

1. Circular testicles and epididymis massage

If you want, you could ask your partner to help you, but be careful because eggs are easily breakable.. 😛

Hold the root of the penis with your left hand, and gently massage the front of the scrotum with your right thumb. One could only massage testicles and skip epididymis massage for now if you don’t have enough time. It will come later.  I  prefer lying down (or be seated) and use circular motion to massage my balls. This step usually takes about 2 minutes to complete with each ball receiving 100 circles. 🙂

2. Penis pressure massage

If you want, you could ask your partner to do this. If doing it alone, put two hand at the base of your penis and push inwards.

Bring the penis close to the abdomen and put two hands on the shaft of the penis (doesn’t matter which hand is on the top) press lightly and push from the base of the penis to the gland.

3. Bore-drilling penis massage

Remember to be sufficiently lubricated.

Imagine your penis is a piece of stick and you’re trying to drill or bore a hole on a piece of wood, the ancient technique of making a fire. Gradually massage your penis from the root to the tip using both of your palms. Make sure to use enough lubricant.

4. Corona massage

Hold the penis immobile with three fingers of the left hand, the right index finger pushes on the base of the glans and the left thumb pushes on the anterior edge of the glans and gently rubs it. The thing here is to make your penis fixed so you can massage the corona. I found out that using both thighs to pin down my penis is the easiest way to achieve an immobile penis so I could massage the corona.

Note that at this stage, one could optionally add prostate massage here if one is healthy and has low risks.

5. Spiral penis massage

Again, imagine your penis is a door knob and you’re gonna “open that door”. Grab your penis by its root with thumb touching your groin (doesn’t matter which hand) and turn your wrist and move to the top of your penis just like you’re turning a door knob and pull the door open. 

6. Inner thigh massage

Hold the base of the penis in your left hand and lift it upward, gently massaging the base of your thighs with the base of your right palm till you feel warm and switch hands. Or you could do it simultaneously like I do. 

7. Cremaster muscle pulling and ball massage

Grab your testicles with one hand ( using an “OK” gesture or whole hand) to pull both balls away from your body. Use the palm of the other hand to rub against each side of both testicles.

When it comes to massage, the natural thing that comes to my mind is the oil. massage oil It allows your hands to glide over skin without friction. There are plenty of oils and lotions to choose from, but not all measure up. Some can make skin feel greasy while others go rancid quickly and take on an unpleasant smell. I do this massage usually in the shower and I’ll just use lotion or coconut oil (very rare) as lubricant. (you can use real lubricant. I’ll suggest using water-based lubricant because it’s easier to rinse off and you don’t need to worry it goes rancid).

Life is worth exploring. While I was researching massage oil, I bump into a certain type of oil (or sometimes spray) aiming at male enhancement. I was super suspicious about the claimed effect so I bought one and tried it. Then…… holy 💩. Little Will turned into Mike Tyson and Chuck Noris combined. Well… just kidding 🤣🤣🤣. Everything was still the same… Little Will is still the same old little Will y’all know. However, it does give me a silky-smooth self massage and I think little Will likes it LOL. BTW, due to ginger being one of the ingredients, I was really fond of the sensation (maybe hot pepper water can lead to the same result. Please don’t try this…💩) and when the sensation slowly died down, a sense of relaxation, stress and tension is really worth trying. Oh, By the way, I remember I suggested this books somewhere in my blog post, but I still wanna mention it because I think it’s important for people to know more about our little buddy downstairs. 😉

    This book is a general guide on our little buddy downstairs. It covers from sexually transmitted infections to the science of blood flow, The Penis Book prominently features an easy-to-follow holistic five-step plan for optimum penis health, including plant-based eating recommendations, information on some penis-healthy foods, and suggested exercises for penis wellbeing. I think having a basic understanding is crucial because if one understands how our genitals function, one wouldn’t fall into fake boner pills ads or questionable enlargement devices or practices. 
  • Out in the Open, Revised Edition: The Complete Male Pelvis

    Although this book covers the male pelvic floor not just penis, I think one should have a overall big picture and roughly an anatomically impression of what’s going on down there. So I put this book suggestion here. The original version (or I should say the first version) was written in the 90s and there are no many significant revisions, so there might have some statements that are based on findings at that time and haven’t been updated. This is the main reason that this book has 2 extremes for the reviews, either 😍 or 💩. However, I still think it has some valuable information, introducing very detailedly with many illustrations to create a clear picture of the male pelvis and its variations. There will be scientific names of body parts that Schultz doesn’t clearly show you where it’s located at the time it’s mentioned.(Google is your friend) If you have acute or chronic pelvic problems, you probably want to see a physical therapist specializing in pelvic care since there are many muscles in there that you cannot hit without another person’s help. 

The Complete Male Pelvis offers a frank exploration of the male pelvic region from a cultural and scientific perspective. Focusing on pelvic structure and development, the book explains how male sexuality develops throughout a man's life—from birth onwards. An experienced Rolfer with an academic background in physiology, the late author R.
